I am writing to address significant issues with the tea granule filling machine recently purchased from your company. The machine fails to meet agreed quality standards and does not accurately fill tea granules according to weight specifications. One out of the four machines received was in poor condition. I followed the provided instructions diligently, but the machine's performance is unsatisfactory, causing production delays and financial losses. I request:
Full refund and return of equipment.
Repair or replacement of faulty machine.
Compensation for production delays.
